TERMS OF
SERVICE.

By accessing or using Sirath ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you are accepting on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.

Sirath provides school management software as a subscription service. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue features with reasonable notice. Material changes to pricing or features will be communicated at least 30 days in advance for active subscribers.

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials
• You must provide accurate information during registration
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access

Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually based on your plan. Pricing is based on the number of unique enrolled students per billing period. You will be billed at the rate specified in your plan, subject to the minimum floor price.

Additional schools beyond your plan's inclusion are billed as add-ons at the per-school rate for your tier. All prices are in USD.

Subscriptions renew automatically. You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

The Community plan is provided free of charge with limits on students and features. We reserve the right to modify the free tier limits or discontinue the free plan with 60 days' notice to active free users.

You retain ownership of all data you enter into Sirath, including student records. We are a data processor on your behalf. We will provide data export upon request and return all data within 30 days of cancellation.

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service
• Reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code
• Resell or sublicense the Service without written permission
• Upload malicious code or interfere with service integrity

Sirath and its software, design, and branding are owned by Zudioz. You receive a limited, non-exclusive license to use the Service during your subscription. Nothing in these Terms transfers ownership of any intellectual property.

The Service is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from security vulnerabilities. We will use commercially reasonable efforts to maintain uptime and security.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sirath's total liability for any claims under these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, USA, without regard to conflict of law provisions. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Collin County, Texas.
